Access The INTRANET

CCTS core directors, research specialists, administrators and other support personnel have access to the staff intranet via UIC’s G Suite integration. We are unable to grant intranet access through a personal Google account.
To access the intranet:
- Log into Google and/or the UIC G Suite using UIC Shibboleth (netid and associated password)
- Access the intranet via https://sites.google.com/view/ccts-internal/home or by clicking the jumbo link below.
- We recommend bookmarking this site for future reference
- If you receive an error that states: 404. That’s an error. The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know. – you are likely logged into Google using a personal account.
- Click your account icon in the upper right corner and either add a new (UIC) account or switch to your UIC Google account.
- Refer to the slideshow below for a visual setup guide.
- Ensure you enabled your UIC Google Workspace account. If you are a new employee, email laurenw@uic.edu when this step is complete.
- If you followed the above steps and still cannot access the intranet, please contact CCTS Administration at ask-ccts@uic.edu and we will verify your account access.
