About
Jack Neuner oversees all facets of the daily operations of the TSC group providing strategic direction, leadership, management and coaching to staff. He is responsible for the full life-cycle of all the unit’s projects: portfolio, client/stakeholder and project management; system architecture, wireframes and design; project estimation and budget management; and quality assurance testing. Jack holds a BA in Art History and Archaeology. He has over 20 years of experience in software development, and his background includes developing custom software, educational, organizational leadership, project management, and client relations.
