About
Olivia spent over a decade in industry serving in several roles with different perspectives and responsibilities regarding the management and operation of longitudinal and ad hoc quantitative research projects in different lifecycle stages. She began her career as a research analyst where she developed skills in research and evaluation design, oversaw data collection, collaborated on strategic analytic plans, and disseminated insights and solutions to clients via reports, briefs, data visualizations, and presentations. Later, as a data specialist, she learned multiple data analysis and reporting software programs, which provided her with a deeper understanding of and experience in data management. She learned quality assurance and cleaning methods to ensure accuracy and the importance of data structure when transforming and modeling data for further analysis. Her passion for problem solving and efficiencies lead to the development of training materials and the implementation of training and guidance to her colleagues.
As a dedicated CCTS Research Navigator, Olivia’s expertise allows her to guide researchers through the intricate landscape of scientific research and facilitate their collaborations with the peer scientists at CCTS.
