QUICKSet
Overview Heading link
QUICKSet is a cohort discovery mart that contains clinical data from the Clinical Research Data Warehouse in a de-identified data store. This self-service tool is available for UIC researchers to access to obtain aggregate patient counts.
Manged by the CCTS Biomedical Informatics Core, QUICKSet uses the i2b2- or “Informatics for Integrating Biology and the Bedside”- platform. i2b2 is a scalable informatics framework created by the NIH-funded National Center for Biomedical Computing (NCBC) to bridge clinical research data and the vast data banks arising from scientific research.
