QUICKSet

Overview

QUICKSet is the CCTS Biomedical Informatics Core's version of i2b2. i2b2, or "Informatics for Integrating Biology and the Bedside," is a scalable informatics framework created by the NIH-funded National Center for Biomedical Computing (NCBC) that is designed to bridge clinical research data and the vast data banks arising from scientific research.

QUICKSet is a Cohort Discovery Mart (CDM) that contains de-identified clinical data from the Research Patient Repository aka UIC CIRCLE in a de-identified data store.

This self-service tool is available for UIC researchers to access to obtain aggregate patient counts.
