About
Charlotte is a public health scientist with over five years of experience in epidemiology, health informatics, and managing population-level data systems in both federal and academic environments. She brings a strong track record of leading cross-agency initiatives, developing scalable data tools, and contributing to the field through peer-reviewed publications and national presentations.
Most recently, Charlotte served as a Cancer Informatics Fellow at the CDC, where they played a key role in advancing cancer surveillance modernization efforts. Her work included HL7 validation, onboarding dashboards, and enhancing registry interoperability. With expertise in research design, statistical analysis, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for a range of stakeholders, she is deeply committed to improving outcomes in long-term and post-acute care, as well as promoting health equity through evidence-based research.
